Default The Lady\'s got a Turn decision

Limit: $1/$2
10 players

CO had only played 5 hands at the table to this point and had bet and raised 4 of them preflop.
His flop c-bets had then taken down the pots so no great reads on his post flop play.
BTN was loose and agro pre flop.
The range i gave both players was AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, AKs, AQs, AKo, AQo, KQs, KQo

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
6 folds, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Button 3-bets</font>, SB folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero caps</font>, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (12.5SB, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises</font>, Button calls, Hero calls.

Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (9.25BB, 3 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">CO bets</font>, Button calls, Hero ???

Is this a simply math situation, getting 11.25:1 and likely drawing to 2 outs, that makes this a clear fold?

3-bet the flop.

This matters a lot:

"CO had only played 5 hands at the table to this point and had bet and raised 4 of them preflop."

Absolutely do not fold the turn.

You don't want to pay off a loose raiser just because he's caught something. But there is a good chance you're ahead here. So Hero calls I think. Am I wrong?

Let's emphasize this:

[ QUOTE ]
CO had only played 5 hands at the table to this point and had bet and raised 4 of them preflop.
BTN was loose and agro pre flop.

[/ QUOTE ]

And then look at this:

[ QUOTE ]
The range i gave both players was AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, AKs, AQs, AKo, AQo, KQs, KQo

[/ QUOTE ]

That you have no unpaired cards less than queens in the ranges for these knuckleheads is inexplicable to me. 3-bet the flop, call a cap. I suppose if it's capped then you can call down from then on, but under no circumstances should you fold.

You seem to have stumbled onto the legendary Golden Mine of Maniacs...muy dinero to be made here, senor.

Keep going on the flop. Can't give the CO aces or kings just yet.

3bet the flop, unless you were getting tricky and are going to raise most any turn (tighter games). 3betting the flop usually makes the hand play more easily and can help drive out drawing hands.

*grunch*

You should 3-bet the flop. 4 raises in 5 hands is not a perfect indicator, but there is a decent chance at this point that villain is LAGGY. I would lead the turn.

On the turn: The math you should be doing, if you're considering calling down is "I will probably be getting 14:2 BB to see showdown. Am I ahead 1 time in 7?" Answer: yes. Do not fold.

Call the flop raise with the intention of check-raising on the turn regardless of what hits. From the list of hands you put him on (which is being generous to the wild man) only four of eleven hands beat you anyway.

CO had only played 5 hands at the table to this point and had bet and raised 4 of them preflop.

Is very ambiguous and I think I took it the wrong way. If he has been at the table for 5 hands then this is a no brainer. I thought it meant that he has been at the table for X hands, played 5 of them and raised 4 PF. Even in that case I would still re-raise the flop given the nature of the situation. If it is the former then you really need to put more bets in.

What i meant to say was that CO had only been at the table for 5 hands and bet and raised 4 of them.
