I can't imagine that PAHUD would be all that useful to someone just starting with PT. I'm about to invest in PAHUD and once you've learned the PT stats and their interpretation, it's obviously a gold mine. But for someone overwhelmed by PT, it'd just be shelfware for a while until you learned PT well enough to benefit.

PT without PAHUD is of course still very valuable. When you get to the point that you're saying, "I'm sick of pulling up the Game Time view manually," then it's time to buy PAHUD.

I'd suggest building one's software collection incrementally, not all at once.

i disagree, pt is worthless without hud. Hud tells you enough about the opponets to know how they play, post flop agression and preflop looseness VPIP. get hud.

PT tells you your opponents' "post flop agression and preflop looseness VPIP". PAHUD displays it in a more convenient format so you don't have to manage multiple apps at once every time you make a decision. Am I missing something?

If the OP is confused by what VP$IP is, then all the convenience of display in the world isn't going to help him use that information until he learns to interpret it.
