Trouble downloading UB software

When installing the Ultimate Bet software it stops mid way and a screen pops up saying: You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun installation from an administrators account.

The funny thing is that I have the only account on my laptop and this is the first time ive ever had such a problem. Any advice?
