[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] I am very happy that the Colts won today. I'd much rather face them than the Ravens. [/ QUOTE ] I'd agree. The Chargers have the 2nd best offense in the league, and your 3-4 should be very effective against Manning (who really has not played that well). But, if the Colts defense keeps playing like this... WTF is up with them? [/ QUOTE ] The Colts had the #2 defense last year. This year they had a few key injuries during the season, but they are mostly healthy now. The Colts having a horrible defense is largely a myth that Manning-backers have come up with to defend him against the "choker" label. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] So, is there a prop bet on if the Patriots win tomorrow there is 100% chance it's going to snow in NE? [/ QUOTE ]the game would be in Indy. [/ QUOTE ] I thought NE was the 3 seed...guess I'm dumb. [/ QUOTE ] Yup |

[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I cant remember seeing a game with so many bad breaks going against one team. The Ravens have had ZERO luck this game. It is unreal: 1) Dallas Clark COMPLETELY misses the ball and it hits his knee and bounces up 2) Multiple fumbles with every one going Indy's way 3) 2 sure picks that are just tipped by Lewis 4) Kick hits the crossbar and goes in 5) Indy is buried on their own goaline and the offical calls a terrible offsides penalty 6) Stupid official calls Baltimore player out on the interception when it is going to go back for big yards. Also, the official misses the spot buy about 10 yards Baltimore hasnt played well and neither has indy. But every single break has gone for Indy. [/ QUOTE ] I'm sorry Utah. How come you didn't include those two INTs by Steve McNair on the Colts side of the field in your list? [/ QUOTE ] I'm pretty sure he was making a list of "lucky" plays. The McNair INTs contained no luck- they were simply bad plays. [/ QUOTE ] Exactly my point Assani. I think those two INTs turned the game more than any "luck" play. |

I'm amazed that these two teams had winning records.
They surely didn't play like playoff teams. |

For example, if Clark doesnt catch that pass (it went right through his hands) then Baltimore has the ball with a chance at a game winning drive. Instead the game is over. |

I'm not sure that necesarily refutes his point about there being a lot of luck in the game though. |
