Cotchery's catch was pretty amazing. Marvin's was classic though. Tapping it to yourself, keep your feet in, then catch it? Damn. Cotchery's is a close second though.

Couldn't find it on YouTube, but Bo Scaife of the Titans made a spectacular one-handed diving TD reception early in the year. That gets my vote.

I love the Tory Holt catch but its basically the Marv catch without the tiptoeing.
