Even if your new company LOVES you that could be more troublesome than it sounds... if the company you are working for does hire you permanently they have to pay an obscene amount of money to the temp agency... like 30% of your first year gross pay... it is possible to negotiate that down, but some companies won't wanna deal with the hassle or cost...

also, your temp agency will never fire you for missing a day unless the company u are working for complained so there must be something else going on...

I'm not really sure what's goin on... somethin definitely seems "off"...
