Longtime 2+2er Nick B has agreed to be on the panel. He is very trustworthy and can be unbiased here.

BTW, Nick has followed this thread and noticed that Rolen's ** was from over a year ago, so based on Rolen not being a tard here removed them. However, he does not know Rolen and has no stake/bias in either side winning. He is just as much of an argumentative prick as me.

I have IM'd Dean. If he gets back to me within the next 20 minutes or so, he is the third member. Otherwise, Gild is.

El D: please keep in mind that in this post Rolen stated, and I agreed, that we needed "two identical PT stats for the session from two sources to confirm either way". That is the standard for deciding the bet.

Cliff notes:
Good2cu was doing well in some high stakes cash games. People started sweating him and after a while he lot a couple of big pots and people were speculating that he was down money. He posted in this thread that he did not lose money and was, in fact, up 10k. Posters The Worst Player and Rolen decided to make a bet on whether he was truely up 10k or not. The data they have recieved from dataminers has been inconistant and not satisfactory to award either poster the bet.

A 3rd party unbiased panel (headed by El D) is now being set up in order to determine who is the winner of the bet.
