not a lawyer, but what exactly would you be suing her for? You willfully allowed her to play on your poker account. She might have lost the money playing cards, but unless she chip dumped or withdrew the money to her own bank account, this is simply between you and her. It's a gambling debt, unenforceable in any US court (especially since the poker room is offshore).

The only thing she's guilty of is playing bad poker and if that was a crime, most of this world would be in jail.
