Anyone who goes to showdown but mucks their hand, those are the ones you an see. You can never see the mucked cards from earlier rounds (pre-flop, post-flop, etc.)

The reason you can do this is because in a live game, you have a right to know what your opponents (at showdown) had, though poker etiquette says you should not do this.
