I've watched you argue with lots of people and I'm just saying, maybe what you guys are arguing about IS holes in your game. I'm actually surprised you don't take notes; how do you know how everybody plays?

I tend to over-value notetaking, but I think there is some value in them, particularly with regards to someone's general approach. I think making very specific, detailed notes can be a bit of a hinderance, both because of the amount of time and focus it takes to do so, but also because (IME) it can lead to being too specific in hand reading.
To address the OP: I find 4-6 tables is pretty manageable for me. Once I get a bigger monitor, I'll experiment with 6-8, but I'm not really sure how well that'll go. Limits range from 10/20-30/60.
