John Wayne is a fairly common pairing of first and middle names that seems to show up in a lot of fairly heinous criminals.

I think this speaks to the parents and raises questions about genetics. After Kennedy died, there were a lot of Lee Harvey's spawned.

Genz,

Of course its still used in compound nouns. But its my experience that if you called your museum tour guide, "Der Fuehrer," he'd check the color of your shoelaces.
