Don't buy the SC, it's got like 1 and 1/2 seats (technically 4 but you know what I mean). If you're going to go that high, and go with a Lexus, get a GS. That car is just awesome. Great handling, good acceleration, and much more spacious than an IS. And the SC is kind of a chick car, but no more so than a Miata...

I was actually upset when I was told by a few people that the SC is a chick car. I thought the black exterior/saddle leather(orangish) interior looked absolutely sick.

G35 is okay.
The interior is crap compared to the BMW 330ci or an Audi A4.
You could find a nice used 330 for mid 20's as well.

I love the car, it looks great and is fun to drive. I just hate how popular they are (at least in s. california), it seems like every donkey has one.

that picture GS posted is not the 05-06 it's a concept for the 08.

the other one posted by OP is 05-06

Right now the sedan has a slightly more powerful engine because the new 07 sedan just came out and a new coupe model is coming out in 08.

If u can get a good deal on a 05-07 coupe go for it, dont worry about the year because they are essentially the same. Im waiting for the 08 model =]

Yeah I love em' too but they are definitely a bit played out lately. However, they seem to be a very good all around purchase.. Comparatively low depreciation, great bang for your buck, and very stylish.. Personally, if I had the money to throw around I would go for the Lexus IS:
