Default 2 hands...what would you do?

!st hand

Been at the table for about 15 mins. All I know is that villian is very LAGG with stats around 40/30/2. I have a little over the $50 buy in, he has me covered.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50

Converter

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises to $1.75</font>, Hero calls, 2 folds.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($4.25, 2 players)
CO checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $4</font>, CO calls.

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($12.25, 2 players)
CO checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $5</font>, CO calls.

River: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($22.25, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">CO is all-in $41.3</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero calls all-in $40</font>.
Uncalled bets: $1.3 returned to CO.

Results:
Final pot: $102.25

Possibly easy fold, but he's been bullying around the table and I've been really agg when in a hand, so when he sees my standard pot flop bet then a weak turn bet I thought he might be putting me to the test. Bad logic. After rebuying and watching the table I noticed he almost always pushes on the river with the nuts no matter the pot size (wish I knew this before the hand)

2nd hand
Villian is pretty tight/passive, but I've seen him try to steal recently. I should have been cautious about his min raise thou.

1st one - play it the same

2nd one - probably just shove it preflop coz of his stack size. - edit didnt realize this was $50nl, ye fold i fold preflop.

hand 1 you should bet more on turn. As played, fold is ok
hand 2 It is safe to say fold PF. So many SSNL donks minraise AA or KK on the button. Sometimes they even min 4-bet. I assume it went to the showdown and he showed AA or KK. Make a not on him, give him a green button, and move on.

sorry...don't know why the converter didn't show villian's hand on #2... he had KK.

Looking back on it it looks horrible on my side. I think at the time the nonsense that was going thru my head was..
#1 Preflop I've been reraising the LAGG player to my right alot so I might not appear too strong to him.
#2 I was anxious to hit the flop and stack his AA or KK. Before the flop I knew I had to be careful but I guess I forgot it in the heat of the moment.

The more I look back at this hand the more I'm disgusted.
