I'd strongly recommend you find out who is the responsible person (the one who finally decides whether you'll get your money back or not). Then send a picture of his children, if he has any, otherwise you can always try the old horsehead in the bed thing...

I did that to one of the PP owners, when I had lost with AA twice in a row (was beat by BB when I slowplayed them on Button, I lost two full stacks against his two small pairs). I know when I've been cheated! Anyway I got my money back (next session I won twice when I all-ined 72o against AA). Great game by the way...
