You have to call with a lot of hands from a button blind (or a straddle from CO). Start with hands recommended in SSHE for calling a raise in the BB. I would then add a lot of suited hands, all suited As and all PP. There are a lot of playable hands in that situation just be careful of those that are easily dominated like A2o K9o. I think there is a section in HPFAP about playing from the live late position straddle, check that out.
