Default Call this river UI?

I've been trying this slightly more LAGGY preflop style recently. I got run over at this table which was full of LAGs. But at this point, I had no reads. My question, do we call this down without the nut flush? It seems like he's got at least 2-pair on the turn, which may or may not have been counterfeited. Thoughts?

If he's a LAG, of course you're calling down. Your kicker even plays.

Don't expect to win the majority of the time or anything, though.

I would call the river and expect to loose fair amount of time to two pair, but win often enough to make this profitable against a LAG.

Yeah you should call here. You might've counterfeited A5 or A2 on the river...he played like he has either that or A7 or 75, which both beat you. If he had a much better A he would have 3bet preflop most likely. Pot is 8BB and you are HU with top pair, I think this would be a pretty bad fold except against the most predictable of players.

Very easy call, even though you'll lose a lot. The fact that the board counterfeited two worse aces up hands makes this call very easy. Without that, you could fold with a read, but I generally would just show this down. I think you'll see a crazy bluff or some such enough to justify a call, if the player is a general LAG, but your specific read may or may not support this.

It's closer to a raise than a fold!

Call. Lose to 72o. Vomit with rage. Rinse, repeat.
