what we do know is that somehow, the kid goes psycho and starts screaming DONT TOUCH ME. The cops then ask him MULTIPLE times to get up/stand up or get tasered. He refuses, tasering ensues. Excessive force? maybe. Necessary? yes.

I've seen police videos on TV where the suspect is literally in a fist fight with a cop and the cop doesn't even pull out his night stick or mase.

On the force continuum tasering someone is lower than a night stick or mase. Learn what you are talking about. This guy deserved every inch of this.
