Default Re: I\'m looking for someone from Europe

I joined ACR early this week and have had nothing but techincal problems: depositing and transferring funds from sportstook to poker , funds being frozen overnight with zero balance -crap like that and now the whole operation is down for the last 18 hours.

Customer support is fine and BetCris is a huge sportsbook so we are fine, stop worrying about your money guys but all these technical issues have me wanting to get out of ACR as soon as possible.

ACR is only a small part of the larger network OnGame, so most of the normal traffic there will have been unaffected, games continuing as usual.

Default myPokerNetwork

We are doing everything we can to get the issues resolved and allow players to play poker on our site.

We expect tomorrow morning to make some updates to our system which will allow us to provide service once again. Following that how long it will take until you can visit the site will depend on how quickly your DNS updates our web site details.

We do apologize for any inconvinience.

We now have live chat working and you can get there by this link:

Default ACR leaving ONGame within 6 weeks

wow this is a nightmare with these guys just spoke to cs at ACR. You cant cash out from the pokeroom only from the sportsbook. Cashouts from poker are disbled and transfers between poker and the sportsbook are down.

If you do cashout from the sportsbook using Neteller there is $15 fee for cashouts less than $500 and $30 for cashouts of $500-$2500.

They waive this fee on one day a week-fridays only.

Luckily my balance is in the sportsbook so I will be cashing out tommorrow with no fee.

More interesting is that the rep told me as of Jan.2007 or earlier ACR will no longer be a part of the OnGame Network-not surprising but disappointing and they may join another network or start their own-uugh.
