Still waiting for $250 payment.

ID has been verified.

Have all Neteller payments been sent, or are they still being sent out?

Dear Valued Member,
Your documentation has been received and processed; your account is now ID verified. Thank you.

Hi - you were never approved for the offer, and therefore are not scheduled for payment. I apologize for any inconvenience.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

The advertiser would have had to approved you. Because they did not, and at this point it is too late to submit a manual credit request, you should not expect payment. Thanks.

I did everything asked. You are a crook. Thanks.

I'm sorry you feel that way. ID verification does not imply anything more than confirmation that we have verified your account information is truthful and accurate. Explanation of the various stages of offer/claim statuses is clearly posted toward the bottom of your account page; if you had any questions about that, or were unclear about anything, you certainly could have opened a support ticket within a reasonable amount of time. Thanks.

I sent this email to SIA since FON has repeatedly ignored my posts, PM's and emails...

----------------------------------------------

Hi,
I had signed up for SIA through Casino Cash Unlimited (www.casinocashunlimited.com) and I made a $500 deposit. These are the details of the deposit:

Login Name: eniven
Deposit Date/Time: 05 Sep 2006 22:09:03
Deposit Method: NETeller
Deposit Amount: $ 500.00
Reference ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Can you please confirm that I was referred to SIA by casinocashunlimited and it was tracked correctly? Can you also confirm that CasinoCashUnlimited WAS paid for referring me?

I am asking because my payment status on the casinocashunlimited website is currently 'pending' and it has not switched to 'processing' yet.

Thanks very much in advance,
-----------------------------------------------------------
I recieved the following reply:

Hello Eric,

Because casinocashunlimited is no longer an active site, I cannot confirm that you were tracked correctly, as I do not know the tracking code that they were using on their site.

However, I can confirm that if you were tracked correctly, casinocashunlimited.com HAS been paid for referring you, as we have paid all affiliates. My estimation is that you were tracked correctly, as you have a tracking code on your account, I just cannot confirm that it is casinocashunlimited's account.

Kind Regards,

FON, where should I send my id for verification?

Can you (or anyone else) please help me out here?

Thanks in advance,

What is frustrating is that there is apparently no 'Rejected' status, so people are left to guess whether they are going to be paid. If their sign up is rejected a 'manual credit request' should be put in automatically for them or they should at least be informed that they are not being paid. They shouldn't have to go through the process of submitting documentation and wait until payment time only to be told they aren't being paid. Why weren't you informed that you were rejected when you submitted documentation? It makes no sense, whatsoever.

As shown on our site, there is a Denied status for both Offer Status and Claim Status. Everything the average user needs to know is shown on the account page and/or in the FAQ section. Further, a manual credit request cannot be submitted "automatically" as the advertiser requires that the player forward to us their deposit confirmation email to be sent along with the request (otherwise, the manual credit request will not be accepted).

Finally, asking that we research account activity (clicks/requests/etc.) upon ID verification is simply unrealistic. We assume that our members understand how the site works, and if they do not, that they will take the initiative to submit a support ticket with any inquiries.

Maybe now some of you will understand that I'm not just blowing smoke all day, and that I actually do know what I'm talking about. There is no way SIA's affiliate department can associate any player with CasinoCashUnlimited.com...thus any claim that I have "been paid" is baseless and false. Really, all you're doing is pissing them off as inquiries related to missing credit aren't really their concern.

Frinkenstein PM me with your CCU username and I'll look into this for you, however, unless you have a processing claim...it would be nothing more than a waste of time to submit documents for ID verification.
