Am I liable to pay for poker debt accrued now that poker is banned???

So why should he care about either her working conditions or how long it takes for the debt to be paid? After all the hours she will be working even 75 cent per hour will pay off the 2K pretty quickly.

It means money can be taken from your paycheck before you get it. Right now you would see othe decutions on it like say taxes. If your wages got garnished then this moeny would be taken from your pay just like another deduction.

This will never go on your credit report and your wages will never be garnished. If you don't plan on dealing with these companies again and have no moral qualms...screw em. People don't like that you are able to rip off the industry they love so easily, so you get uniformed responses suggesting that it is in your detriment not to pay them back.

They make millions a day in rake, nicely done.

There has to be a court order before garnishment takes place, they will never take you to court.

It may go on your credit, but only for a max of 7 years.
