Default my teacher who plays poker

my history teacher plays poker ocaasionally and is deff. a super fish.
I wanna play him.... how should i bring it up? Note: in class i mentioned i played and jokingly said u should play me sometime and he said ya i might.

Wait until you graduate.

I host a tournament the week after graduation for all seniors who want to play me.

I even put an extra bounty on my head. No one collected. We play cash games also.

I won't play at my house with current students but I have played in other local tournaments with students.

if hes your professor just find out where he plays and go there, or invite him to your games, i play with one of my professors at a 1-5 stud game at a local casino weekly

Definitely bad idea to "win"(take) money from your professor in any poker game until you graduate.. I wouldn't feel bad about playing other moron students, they don't seem to have the power to affect your GPA. Though he might seem to take it well, nobody likes the people who take their money.

He could be a shark, and could bust you.

I think if you beat him down, he;s gonna think a lot less of you, es[ecialy if you lead him to believe you're not a strong player.

hes DEF not a shark im 100% positive. i was thinkin of maybe beating him but if he got upset by it giving him the money back and saying that i dont care about the monies
and \perhaps he would help me out when grades came in

whether you took the money from him and gave it back or didn't give it back he will still be pissed (in general...who knows, he might be a cool guy).

i still wouldn't want someone who controls my grades to get pissed off at me over something like this.
