My source is Carlos Mortenson. I don't know why he would have given me false information or say something like that if he didn't know it were true.
I still believe that Chau was or is still broke. (Of course, his broke could be a couple hundred thousand as a bankroll, compared to like 1k for us).

However, it IS possible that he has lost a lot of money over the past couple of years or so. I think the rumor is that Greenstein and Ivy have won tons over that period of time, and who're they going to win it from? Gotta be another of the regulars cause it's a fairly small circle who plays that game with any regularity.

I heard you lost 50% of your roll recently on a prop bet with Ray Zee. What I heard was that you were talking to him on the phone and he mentioned there was a beaver in his back yard and he offered to bet you 50% of your roll on whether the beaver went to the left or the right from the spot he was resting on. Naturally RZ's word would be good enough as to the result. You then accepted and chose left, and RZ said wait a minute, and then went out back where he drug the dead beaver to the right. Then he came back and told you the result, and that it served you right for betting on beavers.
