If porn were banned, marriages would end and literally, lives would end. Hell, I might even SSKM. No porn? What kinda life would that be?

But, Indy kinda has a point. Porn is much more likely to lead to family problems than gambling is. And kids get their eyes on porn much more/easier than gambling sites.
