None of the people I would stake would need my money. So no one.

We moved here a few weeks ago, and it is permanent. No real winter, unlike CT, and it's just a great place to live.

Greg, why not Henderson or something like that given the amount of time you presumably spend out there? Vegas has "no real winters" too, ya know.
Just a fondness for the east coast? For quality of life reasons? |

Because we had no desire to live in LV, nor to raise our daughter there. Just our personal opinion.

The 2006 WSOP will have over 6000 entries. There have only been four tournaments (all NL) in WSOP history with over 2500 entries. And there is only one player who has cashed in all four.
It's not Jesus. It's not Hellmuth. It's not Ivey. It's not Harrington. So how does anyone pick these guys to win in 2006 when they've failed so utterly in the last four big WSOP tournies? If you want to make money in 2006, why not pick the guy whose proven he's the greatest large field NL tournament player in WSOP history? |

i voted for ivey. i am slightly surprised that he is an overwhelming choice. Pat [/ QUOTE ] especially considering he has NEVER won a bracelet in hold 'em... hell, NLHE isn't even CLOSE to his best game... |

Erik Seidel should be on that list.

WTF? No love for Daniel or Doyle? [/ QUOTE ] Daniel hasn't monied in the last 4 big WSOP NL tournies. Neither has Doyle. Or Seidel. Think people, think. Why pick these failures instead of thee guy who's got a 1st, 6th, 25th, and 86th in the four largest NL tournies in WSOP history? |
