How you play this straight draws and flush blockers on button?

Low limit PLO. all opponents have 100 bbs. Some real weak loose spots in the game lots of calling not a lot of aggression. 4 Limpers, I call on button with J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. blinds complete.

Flop (7 bbs) 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG position player pots it, two more players call and it's on me. UTG is loose bad from the very small time I've spent with him.

How you guys play this?

Although this is a nice draw, the flush is not to the nuts, so I would consider them blockers, not draws. The fact that there were betters/callers means there is likely to be blockers to your wrap, giving you worse odds than you think. I would flat call and see what the turn brings.

Some of your outs are definitely dead or counterfieted. Raising here negates your positional advantage. Folding is weak. I like calling here, with position.

If the board pairs, you can easily get away. If a heart falls, you can easily get away. If a straigtening card falls, you may be able to get it all-in with a nice freeroll. If a brick falls, you will probably still have odds to call heads-up against a pot size bet, though if it stays multiway, you will want to be careful.

I have to just call here. If it wasn't two callers I'd jam this so fast though.

They're not going to fold if the pot gets big enough with two cards to come so the flush draw is dead as is some parts of the straight draw.

If you catch the nut straight on the turn push (obviously not if it's a heart).

Interesting mix between pot it up and call and see a turn. After lots of thought I'm thinking call and see a turn is best, as all those calls means my outs are much thinner than usual. I could be wrong though. If it was headsup I like raise though, you all agree?

I am surprised that no one is suggesting raising less than pot. this gives the original reraiser a chance to repot it again with 56 and giving people with outs to chop with you, or better flush draws, more incentive to fold. This may be a spot that I might consider a minraise, just to allow the original raiser to reraise. If he doesnt reraise, it's unlikely that the two callers were slowplaying and will raise you, and this allows you to put more money in the pot when you hit on the turn, and may get you a freecard when the OB tries to checkraise or check/call the turn. The downside is that sometimes the OB will call the minraise and bet out the turn making it more expensive for you to draw, but against loose low limit players, this may work well.

I raise here. Worst case is you end up in a 3 or 4 way with only live straight outs. Thats not great, but its not terrible. Best case is you end up all in HU with a weak straight/no redraw.

I can see calling with position but I think you want to knock out the higher flush draws with a raise. Calling and folding any paired board on the turn is a little weak IMO.

With 3 opponents in the pot, I wouldn't call folding to a paired turn card weak. I'd call it sensible. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
