Default Poker services - impact of new law?

My understanding is that Subparagraph A, line 6 page 239 of the Safe Port Act allows for Servers (that is web hosting companies) to shut down sites that link to places where illegal bets may be made. Most of the poker services such as pokernews.com, poker-listings.com, twoplustwo.com, etc link to poker sites. How is this going to affect these services?

One, almost everyone will leave the U.S., and if they don't they will not be able to move money into the U.S. at all. No one will be able to be paid by the IGs or they will potentially be liable. Sorry, but the entire poker economy in the U.S. will collaspe. An smaller, underground blackmarket poker economy will develop. But the party is over.
