Why do you guys keep saying that Party execs can be extradited from the UK? Do you realize that US laws have no jursdiction in UK, and if they could be extradited now, than they couldve been extradited before.

Here is what happens. Harrah's buys Party at 20% of its value. A year later, online poker is legalized and regulated in Las Vegas that allows players in Las Vegas to gamble online. From that point, each state will probably have to vote to allow or disallow it.

Perhaps Party knows that this bill will crush them long term, and they are positioning themselves to be taken over at 20% of their previous value because otherwise they would be at 10% of that value in 2 years.

Honestly, the explanation that I have given makes the most sense. There has to be a reason why party is prematurely closing its doors to US players.

"I dont believe it. If Harrahs wanted non-US IG they could have done it years ago and without buying anything."

If they did it before, and MGM tried and failed miserabley, than they would have had alot of competition and it wouldnt have been easier profitable.

The reason why they want PP, is because they can than lobby Congress to legalize online gaming in the USA.

why in the world would they be at 10% of their value in 2 years. Even at 20% of their current size, Party would still be bigger than sites like UB and Absolute. They would restructure and remain profitable.
