I thought this might be a good option. It's HSBC bank so a well known and reputable name here in the UK. It's their offshore branch on the Island of Jersey (UK owned Island). The account can be in Pound's, Dollar's or Euro's and it comes with a debit card so funding/withdrawing from of the online poker sites would be easy and you could infact not bother with Neteller as European debit cards can have more money refunded to them than was deposited in the first place, so there is no issue in Europe with withdrawing money to your debit card and thus your bank. The only snag is the balance of the bank account has to be kept at a minimum of £5,000 or $10,000 otherwise they will charge you £15/month. It's fairly easy to apply you just fill in a form on line, print it out, sign it and send it off I presume with some form of I.D
