Its a system of typing personalities based on the theories of Jung. It consists of four "sliders", which produce 16 four letter codes that conform to the Jungian personality types. Extroversion (E) -- Introversion (I) Intuition (N) -- Sensing (S) Thinking (T) -- Feeling (F) Judgement (J) -- Perception (P) Its widely used as a business tool to predict how team members will act towards each other, amongst other things. |
