Al and the guy he quotes have a pretty good description of what I'm looking for.

After setting me up with a bunch of girls, my friend Sarah insists that what I want is a "rocket scientist supermodel" which really isn't that far off, though I'd add "with a good sense of humor and a great personality and a nice person."

I just wrote this the other day to a girl who wants to introduce me to some friends: "I like girls who are very smart, attractive, fun, and interesting. I have no complicated physical criteria except that they have a pretty face and are thin/athletic."

In terms of physical beauty, I generally like women that women find attractive more than women that men find attractive. That may just mean I value beautiful faces more than big boobs.
