At first glance it looks like a left-wing site to me. Nothing I've ever read and certainly not on a level with Roll Call, The Hill, National Journal, or Congressional Quarterly....which are the news papers/magazines of record for daily action in Congress.

I have never heard of that site before. As such, I wouldn't give it much weight.
