Yah, that's a good point. The actual pain from the headache isn't too bad, but the overall shittyness of the entire experience when you combine the headache with the nausea is less than ideal. I can explain to people what the headache feels like, but I have a hard time describing what the nausea is like.

Worst pain was after getting surgery to fix a broken nose and the doctor forgot to give me any pain medication after packing my nose so that the nerve was being squeezed---felt like a straight razor inside my brain..
