I think u should call his 3bet preflop because then he will normally bet flop and turn (hoping u fold turn, since for what he knows u can have a big range of hands) and he will call a raise and play back at you with a 3bet with a wider range since he is missreading your hand.

In this actual hand I would bet river and normally call but fold if he was passive/loved to slowplay big hands.

I always have a hard time folding to the river c/r vs a player like this, even though I generally think bad players fastplay their bluffs and draws but slowplay their good hands. I think the call is close (i think too close that I call).
