they run the promo every week. what's the issue with bothering customer service??

It might be if you sign up next week. Since I just signed up it doesn't seem they have any intention of giving me the option.

promo was up for 5 days and it was clear they will cut it off when they hit 1000 customers. wait till the next one is announced probably tuesw or wed and deposit and bet it. You havent placed a bet and i highly doubt they wont let you wager it.

Promo was still being advertised when I signed up. I had no way to know it had been yanked since I don't see their customer list. And I was told explicitly that I am not eligible for next week's promotion if it is offerred. I'll certainly live without the prospect of a free $100, but I had every right to tell CS what I thought of the way they pulled the offer. At very least they could have pulled the ad before the offer.

This page says to check back September 19th (Tues) for details, which seems to imply that a new bet offer will be up. "offer not valid to existing members" seems pretty specific to me.

Well I do hope you're right, but CS specifically told me I was not eligible. I can accept that I waited too long and missed out, but the fact that the ad was still up when I signed up and even now, when I sign on I receive a welcome message which tells me I qualify for the offer, is very frustrating. I was told they would convey my complaints to management so who knows. I'm assuming I'm out though. Now I guess I'll just wager on the game the old fashioned way.

They told me that I had until Sunday to place it too.

I kinda wanted to wait for a line I thought was better, but I took their word for it, and placed the bet.

I think if you signup when the offer is good, and don't do it, then when the next offer is up, you're not considered a new customer anymore, even if you haven't deposited or placed a bet yet.

Compared to the poker/casino deals that pop up, these (mansion) free bets lasted a long time. Still, you got to jump on these things quick. I'm sure there were 2+2ers that signed up 12 different accounts under there family tree the first day.
