Need advice on a possible trade

Steve Smith- doh!
Donald Driver
Roy Williams
Derek Mason
Troy Williamson

my RB's are
Ronnie Brown
Willie Parker
Chris Brown
Sam Gado
Mike Bell

start 2 rb's, 3 wr's and 1 flex that can be anything.

Other team was trying to get Musid Muhamed from another team in excahnge for Deangelo Williams--he rejected the trade.

Who should I offer for Deangelo...Roy or Troy? I'm kind of wary of Roy cuz Det sucks and he gets injured like 24/7. But Troy may be a flash in the pan.

I also may be able to swap my Minni D for her Carolina D with the trade...cuz I'd say Roy Williams>Musid muhamid in her eyes.

Troy is a flash. Get rid of him while you can. You might regret getting rid of Roy Williams later.

I'm offered LT, Santana Moss, and Burleson for Harrison, Gore, and Glenn. He's also offered the same trade but with me getting Winslow for LJ Smith instead of Burleson/Glenn.

I think this is a good trade for me. Getting LT is huge. Giving up Gore and Harrison hurts, but I'm pretty strong at WR. What od you guys think?

If you do choose to do this trade, do it with the TEs involved rather than the burleson for glenn tradeoff. Having Heap and Winslow at TE is still very solid, and Glenn is wayyyyyyyy better than Burleson.

just got offered a big trade. my team is same as above along with carson palmer and eli manning. important to note that qb tds are worth only 4 pts vs 6 for position players.

my thoughts is that the running back tandems are about equal and i have enough depth at rb that it doesnt matter too much. so im basically giving up eli for djax. im weak wr so this will help but i think eli is a top 5 qb while djax is still injured, has had catching problems and seattle just brought in another no1 caliber wr.

available qbs are pennington, grossman, carr and brad johnson so i will get an adequate backup.

Please list the TOP 5 RBs that you would trade for NOW, specifically targeting those that you can trade for relatively cheaply (i.e. no obvious STUDS) and expect somewhat decent results from here on? Assume there is nothing available on waivers. Please give insight to each of your picks.

I ask this for a few reasons. My RB1 is GREAT (LT2), my RB2 is OK (Deuce McAllister), and after that nothing (Travis Henry, Cedric Benson). Further, I got LT2 on bye THIS week, and ALL of my other RBs are on bye in Week 7. Also, the owners in my league are complete NITS when it comes to trading, which is basically why I haven't solved this problem yet (something to take into consideration when making your picks.)

For reference, this is concerning a 12-team, H2H, standard CBS Sportsline scoring league, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DST. Also for reference, here is my team:

I was thinking Gore, Westbrook, McGahee too...but I don't think you can get those guys "relatively cheap".
