I've been driving without a valid license since 1996. I've even gone on cross-country road trips.
I have the money to get it all resolved, and I've just never bothered. Oddly enough, I also have a deep self-destructive streak which usually manifests itself in doing severely reckless [censored] until the odds catch up with me.
