no appointment - can go during the day when it's slow. pay about $15 which includes a $2 tip.

Twice after january 2002. I was in the army before that and had to keep my hair really short.

Every 4 weeks and I schedule in advance. The cut is $20 and I leave $25. I always use the same stylist.
