I'm not Catholic, but my parents sent me to a Catholic High School. In a religion class, a Christian Brother was lamenting that during Mass, people are terribly kind to each other - offering seats, shaking hands heartily, professing to love each other - but after Mass in the parking lot, it turns into "Get your God damn f***ing car out of my way!!!"
