I'm not sure if this counts (actually I'm pretty sure it doesn't count). But a young Elisha Cuthbert was the host of a children's show called Popular Mechanics for Kids for 3 years. I borrowed a tape from the library once because my daughter likes those "how things work" kind of shows. I saw the host and kept thinking to myself, "where have I seen her before".

[/ QUOTE ] thats a good one i was ab out to say it (since pitts in the OP he plays a stoner which is sweet) til i read through the rest of thread. is val kilmer in true romance tho i think u meant christian slater the main character also dont forget walken... tons of celebs in that one

This one doesn't count because I just found out about it by searching IMDB. Julia Roberts' first listed role is an uncredited performance in the 1987 "Firehouse." Here is a summary for all you sleuths who want to figure out Julia Roberts' part.
An evil businessman is secretly setting fires to the old buildings of a rundown neighborhood, while at the sametime three women rush out of fire school to become the new recruits that the fire station desperatly needs. But there the women are harassed and teased by their male counterparts. The fight back however they can (even with sex appeal), but must also put a stop to all the mysterious fires. Sounds awesome!
