Another Mansion free bet

Does anyone know the best way for a non-gambler to deposit $1100 into Mansion? I've got a good friend that doesn't have NETeller or anything like that. I told him instacash was the best way to go, but when you click on the instacash option on Mansion (from "Home," click on "Deposit & Withdrawal Options" in the sidebar on upper left, then click on instacash), it just pops up the cashier in a new window, and instacash is not an available option.

Given that there's probably not enough time left to set up NETeller, etc, what's the best option?
