Having a GF while in college

Ended up in a relationship that lasted my entire sophomore year and it sucked. Mostly it was because she sucked and I was too young/ignorant to end it sooner. Instead of regretting it, I just say that is what I learned from that relationship. My junior and senior year were much better b/c of it and I never stayed with a girl longer than 2 weeks if it wasn't going to work. Best strategy I ever had.

Even if she is the best girl ever, college is not condusive to maintaining a steady relationship for most people. You will grow up and learn a lot (socially, and maybe some intellectual stuff) in your time at school. There is no rulebook, just be sure it is what you really want while you are there.
