First of all, there's no such thing as being "illegal" from a civil standpoint. Illegality is a criminal matter.

[/ QUOTE ]

Use whatever term you wish, you're caught up in semantics here. For example, if I decided to copy parts of the 2+2 books and re-sell them with my name as author or post them on the internet for free, do you consider this "illegal"? I cannot be thrown in jail for that or prosecuted, but 2+2 would undoubtedly follow-through in a civil proceeding and sue me for lost revenue and win. There is a copyright law protecting them in this matter.

[ QUOTE ]
I suspect that a civil court would enforce a rakeback contract

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't think they would. Only one way to find out for sure. Anyone want to try it?

Here's some examples of BusterStacks doucheness:

In this post we see that the gimmick account John Bunnell was given to him. Then read this post. Promoting your own gimmick account is supergay.

He's also the type of guy who posts almost naked pics of his g/f in OOT.

But you won't wanna mess with him once you check out these GUNZ. I wish I were good at Photoshop.

He wasn't my affiliate, I'm just posting this because I never liked him.

lmao! That bozo is like 120 pounds soaking wet. It's good to know that he'll be able to "defend" himself when people find him.
