Is there any way to force a rescan of tables? I have it set to mine 4 tables at one limit and AUTO at another. Even though more tables that meet the criteria are out there, it hasn't opened more than 6--2 at one level and 4 at the other. I can get around this by flipping it into manual mode, I guess. Also, add a vote to the desired ability to mine multiple types of games at the same time--in my case O8 ring and NL tourneys. Or, if you can do that now, LMK how. Yours, Makonnen [/ QUOTE ] Makonnen, Can you go into the IM installation directory and open up options.ini and copy/paste the line that begins with Limits= This so we can try to replicate the problem on our end. |

Sure, here it is:
Limits=0:0:0:1.00:7:-1;0:0:0:2.00:7:4; Also, a question: if I disturb the screen saver, should I see Idleminer in the system tray? I don't, an dnot sure if that is by design or not. -Makonnen |

No you will not see IdleMiner in the system tray if you are using the screensaver, it should be open normally.
We are trying to replicate the problem you're talking about, just to be sure this is for Hold'em correct? |

uhh, not sure what is wrong with the last version (all previous version worked great for me), but now it will not get past a certain number of tables. I have it only set to mine 1 limit, 12 tables. Yet, it gets to like 5 tables, and will continually open another one, but apparently close another one at the exact same time, so it never stops opening new tables (maybe the same one?), and closing tables...thus never reaching 12, and never stopping from acting. Weird stuff.

It downloads, then spits an error: Idleminer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart this program. Manually downloading and running the installation works fine. -Makonnen |

The latest patch should have fixed the problems you mentioned.

I have been trying out idleminer for the past week with Windows XP and it has run flawlessly until the last update(1.33). Now whenever it attempts to automatically open another table it pops up a windows error message saying it needs to close. Seems to work fine in manual mode.
Anyways I cleared the log and ran it again so you could take a look: Closed named pipe SERVICECOM: Service is stopped Calling ValidateVersion with /com/com.php?action=validate_version&version=1.33 CLIENT: Version 1.33 validated SERVER: Created named pipe SERVER: Created named pipe for relay SERVICECOM: Detected Windows XP SERVICECOM: Attempting to install service with path C:\Program Files\IdleMiner\IdleMiner\IdleMinerService.exe SERVICECOM: Installed service successfully SERVICECOM: Service is running SERVICECOM: Sleeping and then retrying pipe connection in 200 microseconds SERVICECOM: Connected to named pipe 210 Calling ValidateVersion with /com/com.php?action=validate_version&version=1.33 SERVICECOM: Recieved ok response from service SERVER: Spawned IdleMiner CLIENT: Version 1.33 validated CLIENT: Constructing CLobbyManager 8f49b8 CLIENT: IdleMiner is running in unlocked mode CLIENT: Number tables: 12 CLIENT: Connected to named pipe 74c CLIENT: C:\Program Files\IdleMiner\IdleMiner CLIENT: Manager 46c8b8 CLIENT: Entered CLobbyManager main thread loop (8f49b8)...
