Maybe it's just me, but I'd think a bonus like this could really [censored] up a site if they lose. If 1k people take them up on this promotion and Miami wins, that's $1.1 million they lose. If 10k people, it soars to $11 million.

That's a lot of money for one sports book to be putting on the line.

I'm sure they're hedging it on their end, too.

Anyone had any luck cashing out of Mansion with different ID? Passport would be best, I don't have a DL.

Hi Everyone,

I would just like to confirm I'm doing the right thing.
The terms and conditions state:

"Simply visit the MANSION Sportsbook and place a minimum Point Spread (Handicap) bet of USD 1,100 to win USD 1,000 (or currency equivalent) on the Pittsburgh Steelers for their game on Thursday 7 Sep 2006. (00:30 GMT 8 Sep 2006)"

When I go to the NFL page the odds/spread are: -110/-5
However when I go to the 'add bet' stage I am offered a points spread of either: -5 or -4.5

So, my naive question is: Is -5 still the 'minimum points spread' they mention in the T&C?

Thanks for any advice.

I would like an answer to this question as well.

You want the minus 5 one. It is the one with the
minus 110 line. The 4.5 bet has a minus 120 line.
The promo says you are supposed to take the 110 line.

Yeah Flight, that's true.

I just wanted to make sure that between -4.5 and -5 that -4.5 is considered the 'minimum point spread'.

Sorry, I want to correct my last post.
I meant to say - I just want to make sure that -5 is considered the minimum point spread.

I think they are offering this to increase the traffic in their poker room.
