Yep. I got the exact same letter.

In my letter to him I attempted to differentiate poker from the other forms of gambling but it looks like it fell on deaf ears.

Mr K, Berge, anyone... is there any merit in following up to a letter like this? Is it considered disrespectful/rude if I do? If not, what's the best way to go about it?
