If you think a publicly trading corporation on the London Stock Exchange is not going to cooperate w/ IRS info requests and subpoenas when the time comes, you are kidding yourselves.

Oh, and they already have access to Neteller info.

What exactly do you mean by "they already have access to Neteller info"? Are you saying that during an audit, they can get your neteller records? Or are you saying that Neteller reports to them?

I do pay my taxes. The intent of my question is not to try and work the system. However, if Neteller is "reporting" to the IRS, that is something worthwhile to know.
