I think I still raise this. Raising puts you down to ~1300 and thats still a lot to work with. You also have enough to c-bet if you miss. In addition the limper might fold. Pushing this seems okay, but I like raising. You do have 17 BBs, not 13 BBs.

I make it 350 pf. Pushing with 17bb after a limper is just playing scared IMO.

You got a decent stack so I would probably raise 5-6BB.

You might aswell push if you raise this much, as you're tied to the hand.

You have a very strong hand and position. Raise for value and try to extract some chips.

In this position, I'd personally attempt to sneak through a smallish raise.

Buy the button, hopefully get HU with this beauty.

The stacks here bring up the topic that Yugo and I were posting about yesterday -- i.e. that this is very close to a situation (with the limper and blinds) where pushing is +EV, and the question is whether it's optimal. In this situation, I raise, but with a t1400 stack I definitely push... with t1500 I probably push.

I raise it up with the intention of calling an all in by one other player. The raise is better than an all in because 1. 17bb all in plays screem AK. 2. Raising with AK instead of pushing can disguise your other raising hands. 3. It could induce an over the top reraise by an inferior hand such as AQ or AJ. If this gets me more coinflip all in confrontations I don't care, I won't play AK weak tight.
