The adjustments for ENHC (European No Hole Card) rules are quite easy. Never put down additional money (eg. doubles and splits) against dealer 10 or Ace. There's excetption to this, you should still split AA vs. 10.

Meaning, you should skip the ENHC adjustment in this case.

If you play BJ regularly you should learn this and not rely on charts.
