Oh yeah. I used to pronounced sycophant PSYCHO-PHANT. I actually got called out on this one several years ago after using it in a sentence and was thoroughly embarrassed.

I thought eschew was "eh-SHOO" for many years.

Eh-Shoo is the more common (and correct) way to pronounce this word.

Mine:
- Viscount (mentioned earlier, thought it was pronounced like "discount" until I was about 20)
- Decapitate (pronounced it "decapulate" until early-mid teens)
- Someone else mentioned bass, I knew the difference between the fish and the instrument, but I always pronounced the baseball player Kevin Bass' name like the instrument.

Interesting. Neither dictionary.com, nor the audio book Verbal Advanatage (where I first learned of my 'error'), even mention a pronunciation other than es-CHOO.

I can't think of any personally, but I have just heard this one woman at work say the the color copier is out of "cayenne".
