David Einhorn raises to $160,000 in middle position. William Thorsson calls in the cutoff and Rob Berryman calls from the big blind. Binger reraised to 2,000,000. But, Nielsen called all-in for less than that.

It's unclear exactly how much Binger actually put at risk.

I think the position of the raiser is real important. Also, a big resteal has a lot of folding equity. These resteal hands don't get reported when they take the pot.
